Evidence & Trust

Confidence should come from evidence, not promises.

ElevenKey explains what it measures, where uncertainty remains and which protections sit between a draft question and a child.

ChildrenNo public profiles

A parent owns the account. Children do not need a public email address or social identity.

PracticeCalm limits

Signed-out practice stops after five answers. Daily missions use clear stopping points.

ReadinessEvidence-labelled

Scores are learning indicators, never admission predictions or labels of ability.

QuestionsControlled release

Drafts are staged privately before approval and publication; weak versions can be retired.

What ElevenKey promises

  • We will distinguish automated checks from human editorial judgement.
  • We will show when an exam date or format is provisional.
  • We will not describe a readiness score as a guarantee of admission.
  • We will not create public child profiles, social feeds or competitive leaderboards.
  • We will correct or retire disputed questions through a controlled release process.
Public accountability register

Who is responsible—and what is still missing

Last reviewed 26 August 2026. “Launch blocker” means ElevenKey will not treat the current beta disclosure as sufficient for paid public access.

Clearly labelled

Question provenance

ElevenKey-produced practice material

Questions are not presented as official past-paper or exam-board-licensed material unless a source is explicitly identified.

Launch blocker

Support and privacy contact

Verified invitation or signed-in beta route

A monitored public support address, privacy contact and response times are still required before commercial launch.

Question origin and review claims

ElevenKey publishes its bank as ElevenKey-produced practice material, not as official exam-board past papers. Automated checks can confirm structure, completeness, duplicate risk and internal consistency; they cannot prove originality, fairness, mathematical truth or exam equivalence. Those stronger claims require named human review and external evidence.

Important private-beta limitation

ElevenKey is an early-stage educational product. Its automatic question checks protect structure and consistency, but they do not by themselves prove mathematical truth, fairness, originality or exam equivalence. Those claims require qualified human review and enough real response evidence.

Information required to complete accountability

Before paid public access, this register must be updated with the legal operator’s verified name and address, company or sole-trader status where applicable, privacy contact, named safeguarding lead, response targets and the scope of any qualified educator review. ElevenKey will not display credentials or registrations that have not been verified.
